This site contains the use of fire, electricity, nudity and other unusual practices to achieve magic, mind reading and other forms of entertainment related to that sector, we take no responsibility for our members or any posts, content or videos shown within and you view them at your own discretion in full knowledge of harmful or adult content that might offend maybe contained within.

If you are under the age of 13 then you require the permission of your guardian to view and browse this site which will be granted on the receipt of an email detailing their name, address, relation to you, contact details and a written agreement that they take full responsibility for the minors actions and viewing. No member or staff of The 3C can be held liable in anyway for content that may be considered offensive, illegal, pornographic, etc if posted by members or staff.

If you do not agree to these terms of service then you may not use or view this site or its content in any way. Access to this site what so ever is considered agreeing to our terms of service and is legally binding when moving from the portal to any other section within the site.

The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “The 3C” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “The 3C” nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
